Avocado, Shrimp, and Noodles
- 4 medium - large shrimps shelled and quarted
- ½ oz thin rice noodles
- 4 leaves Napa cabage thinly sliced
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds toasted
Wasabi Dressing
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp wasabi sauce
Start by making the wasabi dressing with 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. of brown sugar, 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar, and 1 tsp of wasabi sauce. Mix these ingredients together and chill for at least an hour
Fry the shrimp in a little bit of butter in a pan , quarter, and then cool.
Cook the noodles until tender and chill in a strainer.
Mix a little of the salad dressing with four leaves of Napa cabbage. Add in the shrimp, avocado, and the rest of the salad dressing, and toss to evenly coat.
Plate the salad, noodles, and cabbage. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top of the salad and enjoy!
