Avocado & Shrimp with Wasabi

Ingredients
  

Avocado, Shrimp, and Noodles

  • 4 medium - large shrimps shelled and quarted
  • ½ oz thin rice noodles
  • 4 leaves Napa cabage thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds toasted

Wasabi Dressing

  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp wasabi sauce

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the wasabi dressing with 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. of brown sugar, 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar, and 1 tsp of wasabi sauce. Mix these ingredients together and chill for at least an hour
  • Fry the shrimp in a little bit of butter in a pan , quarter, and then cool.
  • Cook the noodles until tender and chill in a strainer.
  • Mix a little of the salad dressing with four leaves of Napa cabbage. Add in the shrimp, avocado, and the rest of the salad dressing, and toss to evenly coat.
  • Plate the salad, noodles, and cabbage. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top of the salad and enjoy!
