Jessica, a creative at her core, is constantly on the hunt for something curious and the ‘next big idea’. Growing up in a family whose greatest passions include food, wine, escape rooms and traveling, she adopted a sense for discovery at a very young age. Her mother’s philosophy of, ‘you’ll never know if you like it unless you try it’ was instilled in everything Jessica did. She was keen on introducing her family to all the delicious things this planet has for us would often seek out uncommon fruits, vegetables, or proteins, decide the family was going to give it a try, and design healthy recipes around it. This sense of discovery and being part of new experiences has become Jessica’s greatest passion. She took two years of culinary & nutrition and two years of creative writing in high school – leading her to formally study marketing and creative writing, followed by food science and nutrition in collegiate institutions.
