NuClassic Creamy Chili Crunch Noodles
Ingredients (makes 1 serving):
- 1 (3-oz) package of Ramen Noodles
- 1 Tablespoon NuClassic Chili Crunch Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Nut Butter (Sunflower Seed Butter, or Peanut Butter, or Tahini)
- 1.5 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
Method:
- Combine NuClassic Chili Crunch Oil, Nut Nutter, Soy Sauce, and Rice Vinegar.
- Boil Ramen Noodles according to package instructions (not including seasoning packet).
- Reserve a small amount of Ramen-cooking water.
- Combine noodles with sauce and stir to fully coat. Add Ramen-water to reach desired consistency.
- Top with extra Combine NuClassic Chili Crunch Oil, if desired.
NuClassic Chili Crunch Whipped Ricotta Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole-milk ricotta
- 2 tbsp cream cheese or 2 tbsp crème fraîche (for extra richness)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 tsp NuClassic Chili Crunch seasoning blend
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Salt to taste

Method:

NuClassic Chili Crunch Chicken Wontons
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 tablespoon dried green onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing/Sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (plus more for serving)
- 1.5 teaspoons NuClassic Chili Crunch (plus more for serving)
- 50 wonton wrappers
- Neutral oil, for frying (optional)
Method:
- Combine all ingredients, besides wonton wrappers or frying oil.
- Transfer the filling to a piping bag. Line up wonton wrappers and pipe around 1.5 teaspoons of filling into each.
- Brush edges of wrappers with water. Fold corner to corner into a triangle, then fold the two far corners over each other to create a wonton/tortellini-like shape.
- Deep fry wontons at 350 degrees until golden brown and cook throughout (3-4 minutes). The wontons can also be boiled until they float (3-4 minutes). Serve with additional soy sauce and NuClassic Chili Crunch Oil, or a dipping sauce of your choice.
