Method
- Start by making the wasabi dressing with 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp. of brown sugar, 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar, and 1 tsp of wasabi sauce. Mix these ingredients together and chill for at least an hour
- Fry the shrimp in a little bit of butter in a pan , quarter, and then cool.
- Cook the noodles until tender and chill in a strainer.
- Mix a little of the salad dressing with four leaves of Napa cabbage. Add in the shrimp, avocado, and the rest of the salad dressing, and toss to evenly coat.
- Plate the salad, noodles, and cabbage. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top of the salad and enjoy!
